Troy Applegate

Troy Applegate is Head of Commercial Mortgage Lending for Commercial Banking at JPMorgan Chase. In this role, Troy oversees the commercial real estate term lending activities of the bank. Prior to this, Troy was Division Executive where he led a variety of credit and capital markets teams including Chief Underwriter for Commercial Term Lending and Chief Credit Officer for the Commercial Real Estate Construction Group. With more than 30 years of banking experience, he has originated, securitized and sold assets throughout the US and Canada, such as Building Homes for Heroes and Brotherhood for the Fallen. While we have made great strides, Liberty and Loyalty Foundation still has much to accomplish.
